- Corrections to directory data: a missing or outdated name, a faculty or department that is not listed, a wrong course code or city, or an institution we have not added yet.
- A correction about you: if you are a lecturer and a name, affiliation or description of you is wrong, send the page link and the correct information, with a source where you have one.
- Takedown requests: a review that is about you personally, or content you believe is unlawful — include the link and the reason for the request.
- Reporting a review: the report action on the review itself is faster than email; if that fails, write to us with the link.
- Accounts: you cannot sign in, a password reset message never arrived, or you want your account and data deleted.
- Privacy and your data: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or any question about the privacy notice.
- Accessibility problems: a page that does not work well with a screen reader, Arabic text that is clipped or reversed somewhere, or contrast that makes reading hard.
- Partnerships and suggestions: academic or university collaboration, or a feature you think would help students.
Email is the only channel for now. There is no contact form on the platform: messages that nobody reads would be worse than having no form at all.
We do not remove an honest review simply because its rating is low. Removal follows a breach of the community guidelines, or a request from the person the data is about.
Messages are read by the moderation team, and replies can be slow when there are many of them; every message does arrive and does get read.
